Rock and roller skating sounds like an odd couple. Nevertheless in 2006 the Band The Rapture from New York selected the “Birthplace of Roller Disco”, the legendary Empire Roller Skating Center in Brooklyn, as location for the video of the song Get Myself Into It. Great capture of the atmosphere in the rink few months before the Empire was closed.
